The company produces various types of pulleys to meet the specific application imported from the technology of KOCH Co. of West Germany . The design of pulley body, end disc, hub and shaft and bearing selection is accomplished by specialized software. Pulleys can be designed for the option of light, medium or heavy duty applications. The Heavy duty pulley construction adopts cast steel components with welded structure utilizing CO2 gas shield welding or submerged arc welding. The QA/QC program is instrumental to ensuring a very high quality product. All pulleys undergo non-destructive examination utilizing ultrasonic and X-ray examination. Pulley will be supplied with herringbone or diamond pattern groove rubber lagging when required for the application. The connection between pulley and shaft utilizes shaft keys or shrink disc. All pulleys are statically balanced before leaving the factory. Bearings can be supplied in either in solid or split type housing subject to user specifications.
